WorldExecutivesDigest|JLL Philippines receives international certifications for quality management and occupational health & safety|The Project and Development Services (PDS) Department of JLL Philippines—the country’s premier real estate services firm—recently received two international certifications for upholding high standard of quality management and occupational health and safety systems.
Bureau Veritas, a certification services company, awarded JLL’s PDS team two International Organization for Standardization (ISO) certifications for the quality management and occupational health and safety management systems applied to the team’s project management and quantity surveying services for commercial, industrial, retails, hospitality, education, residential, entertainment, and infrastructure construction projects.
ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management Systems) is issued to companies that consistently provide products and services that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. On the other hand, ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems) is for companies that provide safe and healthy workplaces by preventing work-related injury and ill health, and by proactively improving its occupational health and safety performance.
