Effortlessly attracting leads and sales seems like just a wonderful dream, right? Well, would you believe when I say that it’s not impossible at all?
The fact is that attracting leads it is all about good and solid marketing principles and the secret lies of course with your message. If you only get to apply the most useful tips when creating and presenting your relevant message, then you’ll do well on your way to experiencing conversions to your business!
Create a powerful message that REALLY appeals to clients.
This is also known as your business’ Unique Selling Proposition (or USP). What exactly is it? It is the solution that you provide and present considering the ideal viewpoint of your client.
In addition to attracting your ideal clients, you will also notice these also position yourself as an expert. Say you’re running a digital marketing company in Kansas City and are looking for businesses who might avail your services. You better know what works well or what not. In case you are to apply social media strategies, you should be able to identify what social platform is effective for a specific business. After all, of course, people would much rather do business with experts who exactly know what they are saying. Words work like magic.
Be consistent.
Once you know what your message is (and you have tested it that it is guaranteed to attract clients), the next thing you need to do is get it out into the world. Resist the urge to be creative about it.
If you are not consistent with your message and you tweak a little here or a little there, possibly edit it here, you’re not getting the full power of it.
Look, even your most loyal clients aren’t going to get sick of hearing your message. Why? It’s all because they don’t “hear” it as much as you think they do. People are busy with their own lives, and they are not paying as much attention to you as you think they are. So if you do not repeat it and repeat it consistently, then you run the risk of people not remembering what you stand for, or maybe being confused about it, and if they don’t remember or are confused, they are not going to invest with you or recommend you or anything else.
Be frequent if you must.
You are going to feel like a broken record, but the best marketers are the ones who have a simple, powerful message, are consistent with that message and repeat it over and over again.
And don’t just repeat it in the same places, find different ones. Get your message out there in as many ways as you possibly can. (Just as long as those places are where your ideal clients hang out.) Online. Offline. Networking events. Speeches. Podcasts. Etc.
Here’s the place where you can be creative. Find new and different ways of getting your message out there, and do it as frequently as possible. Because the more often your ideal clients stumble across your message, the more likely it is when they’re ready to make a change, they’ll reach out to see how you can help them.
