Bidalasana (Cat Pose)

One that stretches the spinal cord both forward and backward, stimulating the decompression and expansion of the cartilage discs in the spine.

Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation)

A sequence of poses practiced since ancient times, Surya Namaskar involves a dozen different asanas that must be done in a chronological routine. Practicing the routine at dawn or dusk is beneficial for the digestive system as well.

Chakrasana (Wheel Pose)

A posture that involves bending the whole body either forward or backward, enhancing the elasticity of the spinal cord and consequently the overall flexibility.

Trikonasana (Triangle Pose)

As indicated by the name, this pose has our body folded into a triangular form. This enhances the flexibility of the spine, while stretching and expanding the muscles. It helps improves posture and balance, while reducing stress and the continual practice can result in height increase at a very fast rate.

Parivrtta Trikonasana (Reversed Triangle Pose)

The reverse of the earlier Trikosanasana, in this the body assumes the shape of an inverted triangle. It is known to strengthen the upper and lower back portions of the body, while improving balance.

Vrikshasana (Tree Pose)

One among the top yoga poses for increasing height. The pose focuses on strengthening the leg and calf muscles, and can improve balance like Parivrtta Trikonasana.
